Text Message & Marketing Communications Terms

Wild Acre is operated by Bishop Cider Company, LLC d/b/a Wild Acre (“Wild Acre,” “we,” “us”). These terms govern marketing text messages and emails from Wild Acre.

The program. By checking the marketing opt-in box on our participant waiver (or otherwise expressly enrolling), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages and emails from Wild Acre at the phone number and email address you provided. Consent is not a condition of entry, purchase, or of signing the waiver.

Frequency, rates, and carriers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help. Text STOP to any message to cancel text messages at any time. Text HELP for help, or contact us at hello@wildacrebrewing.com or 682-207-1750. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in every email. Opting out of marketing does not affect your signed waiver.

Your information. Your opt-in (including the exact consent language shown and the date, time, and device details of your consent) is recorded and retained. See the Wild Acre Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
