Wild Acre is owned and operated by Bishop Cider Company, LLC. This policy describes how we collect and use information at our venue and on this website.

Information we collect

  • Participant waivers. When you sign our waiver we collect the signer’s name, date of birth, email, and phone number; the names and dates of birth of any minors the signer covers; the typed electronic signature; and signing details (date, time, IP address, and browser information) that make the record verifiable.
  • Marketing choices. If you opt in to marketing messages, we record your consent, including the exact consent language presented to you.
  • Purchases. Payment transactions are processed by our point-of-sale providers; we do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Website data. Our site uses cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tags (such as Google and Meta), which may collect device identifiers and usage data.

How we use information

  • To operate the venue safely and administer signed waivers as legal records.

  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate — messaging and email delivery, customer and point-of-sale systems, website analytics and advertising platforms — under agreements limiting their use of it. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Signed waivers and their signed copies are retained as legal records under our records retention schedule. Marketing consent records are retained while your consent is active and thereafter as required for compliance. You may opt out of marketing at any time; opting out does not delete the underlying waiver record.

Children

This website is not directed at children. Information about minors is provided to us only by a parent or legal guardian through the waiver.
